Just had a email from AF.
Have to send the faulty product back which is all good and they will reimburse me the shipping cost on return of the goods and they will resend some new PureCee when they recive the faulty one, which is cool . Downside i have not creatine whatsoever and will have to wait until the faulty PureCee ships to USA (which can take an age).
At least i get a replacment though which is all good just a pitty its gonna be a while.
