A Few Questions And Advice Please

Just had a email from AF.

Have to send the faulty product back which is all good and they will reimburse me the shipping cost on return of the goods and they will resend some new PureCee when they recive the faulty one, which is cool :). Downside i have not creatine whatsoever and will have to wait until the faulty PureCee ships to USA (which can take an age).

At least i get a replacment though which is all good just a pitty its gonna be a while.

Again thanks for the info and help guys. Appreciated

It was shipped from Florida 8 days ago. You should contact the customer service rep you were working with.
 
All sorted now. They didnt ship it till today but all good.

Back on track with the thread now:

Update on weight. Now weighing in at just over 182 pounds (another 9lb of fat gone). Which im happy about. Gradually coming off, im starting to see big diffrences in the shape of my body in places. Lifting alot more than when i first started at the gym trying to add extra weight each week to my lifts.

Total fat loss so far 29.4 pounds give or take a pound in 11 weeks.

I noticed my stubbern area is my lower stomach wher ei still have a abit of a pouch. I do abs 3 times a week in the gym. Is there any decent exercises that could help me shift in this area?

Bad weekend for me. Really dissapointed in myself. Norma;;y i have a cheat meal and a few beers. But saturday i went out and ended up hammered then i ended up drinking sunday aswell. On top of that i havent trained this week due to me pulling something in my leg whilst drinking. Gutted.

Really gonna have to make up for it in the 2nd part of the week.

Also any answers for my above post yet?

Ok. Purecee turned up yesterday :) all fine this time. Thank you.

Just a quick question do people use the Purecee on none training days? or just on training days?

update from teh 4th. Went to the gym and weighed myself and some how even though i had a bad weekend still managed to lose around 2lb, i presuming the T-Rex as i have started taking 2 t-rex and 1 in morning one at dinner and then 2 cardio breeze before workout. Getting so close to my target weight im at just under 181lb now. 6 weeks to get to my target weight i should nail it easly if not lose less.

Congrats on your progress - frankly its really great! As far as the stuff on your stomach -- always remember ABS ARE MADE IN THE KITCHEN! Meaning, first you can't really "spot reduce" that area -- instead just keep sticking to the diet & keep the bodyfat dropping. That's what is covering the 6 pack. The 6-pack itself is there just needs to be uncovered. If you do too much ab work it builds those muscles, but that can actually just make you look more blocky in the middle - it won't do much as far as fat loss in that area. Just stay focused on the diet. Even if you see the scale (lbs) starting to level out, you should still be noticing bodyfat loss in the form of more abs exposed, looser clothes, etc. And also make sure that you aren't losing muscle as well -- when the scale starts to level out but bodyfat keeps going down you should also be seeing more shape to your muscles as well.

I already notcied a big diffrence in my clothes had to give most of my stuff away as it was way to big for me. Started to get loads of comments from people who i havent seen in about 4 weeks.

Gonna change my gym routine a little now and tweak my diet.

Also anyone answer my question about Purcee just on training days or every day?

Non-Training days PureCEE can be taken for recovery purposes if you'd like..spread into a couple dosages (example with first meal and last).

Usually people take it on off days if they can afford to...otherwise use sparingly. :coffee:
 
Thanks alot m8. Its not to expensive and you get a fair few caps in there so i will use them on off days aswell. Pain in the arse taking so many caps though inc T-Rex thats 4 Purecee and 1 T-Rex (or 2 cardio breeze).
