1 serving --No-carb choclate protein (your choice, chocholate being the main concern) Mine was iso-pure
--Dont like this protein, designing shakes nightly

1 -Organic bannana
2 -Tablespoons Of Natural Unsweetened Cocoa
(good flavanoids, makes a great pump--threw it in for taste turns out its good for you)
1 1/2 -tablespoon Anpb
1 -teaspoon 5g glutamine
one tasty ass shake... 45 before workout...

(have multiple flavors--shouldnt be too hard for most)
1 Serving --Vanilla Protein (i used ON PRO GAINER-1 big scoop) 620cals
1 Serving --Strawberry protein (pro complex-2 lil scoops) 260
18oz - Skim Milk
30 -Blueberries
1 -Cherry yogurt (160 cals)
1 -teaspoon 5g glutamine
1 -teaspoon 5g Bcaa
Its over 1000 cals for a shake... plus damn near 100g protein
i ate this up...
