it depends on the fruit juice... anything with Fructose in it will brake down the creatine and turn it into a creatine waste form (orange juice for example) juices with dextrose on the other hand work (grape juice)
Im not a big fan of creatine, its ok, but Ill take dbol
I did look like Justin Timberlake, I did use creatine, I did not load it with OJ (but i knew this would bring OJ jokes that are always funny), I do warm up, again humor was my attempt.
And as a Personal TRAINER (notice this title mean buisness) I have heard all the discusion on how declines r crap, wll im sore tday, and we all know the being sore means it worked...
i just feel they work for me with db's, i only put the chair at a slight inline so its almost flat
