Sleep: always up there, lol... 8-9 hours on weekdays
I love my sleep.
I have slept more in the past week than my entire life I think .. it's driving me nuts! Yes, sleep is so very important .. I wish there were more hours in the day to dedicate to this
having fun with cookin' and making up concoctions of egg, veggies and chicken in a huge new pan that I able to cook >3 lbs. of poultry at a single time
Training: getting in what i can right now in my basement set up... focusing on strict form and 8-10 reps now... and about 4-5 sets per exercise. Hittin' the gym this weekend most likely and back there next week fo sho.
Current Goals: Preventing more injury, building up chest, while leaning out more with on point diet and just clean foods.
