7 Weeks to a Shredded ME!...

I have been reading through the post. And I was wondering if anyone could give me a basic meal plan suggestion or changes to my current one.
I started back to the gym and eating correctly last July, and had a goal of 12% body fat within a year. I'm 5'10" and down to 15%bf, and have dropped from 195 to 172lbs, but am having a really tough time with the last bit.
Currently, I'm on week 8 of Bill Stars 5x5, I do 15min of cardio on the days of work outs, and 2 sessions of 15min cardio on non-lifting days.

My current diet is five meals consisting of:
1) Bowl of creame of wheat or oat meal
2)wheat bread sandwhich, low fat mayo, turkey
3)ON whey protein shake
4)3 chicken strips, 1 cup brocolli
5)3 chicken strips, 1 cup brocolli

If I get the munchies I have a spoon of peanut butter or a couple handfuls of peanuts.
This is around 1,500-1,800 cals a day, depending on if I get a little hungrier or not.
Any recommendations or changes to this setup?

That way your post asking for help will get much more traffic and help... what you did is called "Thread Jacking" no appreciated unless it's brought about by the thread starter.

Update:

Today will be Eggs & Fat free cheese alternating with Iso & Gator because i need to go buy food.

I don't feel like a total piece of crap from yesterday's final binge surprizingly... that's a plus :)

roofus great job on your progress thus far. :)

As the guys mentioned above, start your own thread in the forum, you will get better feedback that way (or SHOULD) .. or just PM anyone specifically.

na, didn't release the beast... but I wanted to.

Literally felt like I was going to explode... like Alien III Style!

Hurt so bad I could barely drive away from the restaurant, lol.

No more cheating... strict cutting diet right now and for a while longer until I deem myself worth of bulking (somehow...leanly, or otherwise :rolleyes: )

Wow. ok... I appologize. From reading the first couple of pages I thought we were just discussing ways/means/diet to get shredded. I was unaware that this post was solely yours. I'll get out of your way.

lol...yeah I have 42 pages in this thread :) Help yourself to reading through the evolution of my goals and changes to my phyisque.... I've posted pics in here along the way.
 
update:

Diet: finely tuned like a V-12 la mans race car ;)

Water: averaging ~2.5 gallons daily now

Sleep: always up there, lol... 8-9 hours on weekdays :) I love my sleep.

having fun with cookin' and making up concoctions of egg, veggies and chicken in a huge new pan that I able to cook >3 lbs. of poultry at a single time :)

Training: getting in what i can right now in my basement set up... focusing on strict form and 8-10 reps now... and about 4-5 sets per exercise. Hittin' the gym this weekend most likely and back there next week fo sho.

Current Goals: Preventing more injury, building up chest, while leaning out more with on point diet and just clean foods.
