Cooked up mad chicken tonight... sweet 'tatoes too.

no egg whites for a few days finally.... damn things were my main source of protein past few days.
Just pounded down the 'beata's right now.. gotta get my tush to work!!!

Focusing on form and a tad less intensity now to keep my joints and injury at bay... I NEED to get a deep tissue...hopefully in the next month or two I'll be able to! Atta boy ... you know how to do it .... .

I left my ego in the back when i started doing my ATF sqauts with 135 lol. Yeaa, try to work that injury out, no need to go crazy heavy on any injury. Nice Reps w/ propper form and FULL ROM will do great. Besides i bet your body needs a change of pace for a bit!

Thank god my gym has tanning included, or i would be milky too, get in the damn booth, get some good lotion (internettanning.com) and get us some progress pics! lol

:beer: to you, its alot harder to bench with only 50lbs WHEN u know you can blow the 50 away, train smart here, get rid of that damn injury, good luck bro!! and GREAT WORK BY THE WAY!!
