Todays workout:
only had 30 some odd minutes in the gym, quick warm up 3 or so minutes on the stationary bike... then weights.
Legs...
walking lunges holding 25's 4 sets walking back and forth the gym
supersetted with:
Step-ups (slightly above knee height.. used all the stacks they had) holding 25's and 45's ... back and forth 4 sets i think
some calve raises.
and the real kicker...
gym closed, drove to the 1/4 mile track and ran the blechers there for 20 minutes, 3 or 4 quick sit down breaks..
my lungs have not hurt so bad since back in high school... lol, i'm still coughing!
I'd still call it a semi-heavy leg day, no full on compound movements but deff worked the legs hard.
Diet's good.... I'll admit, i did cheat... 2 SMALL peices of pizza... but took my sesapure and gluc-r of course. No going out, zero alcohol still... so I deem it "ok" and still under what my calories would be if I had gone out... feelin' good... wanna take a damn nap though after that workout.
