UPDATE:

well, i can... not... Not train (double negative, sue me)!

Caked on some YES... and off I went:

Did sprints outside in the dark, moonlite street til' my legs caved...
Regular sprints
Reverse ^^
Kickback Sprints
Reverse ^^

Did some hooligan jumping/squat sets

Body weight walking lunges

Incline BB Bench presses. 5 sets
Flat BB Close grip presses 3 sets

Overhead single arm tricep presses (kinda sideways behind head, and kicking out...) 2 sets

cable press downs a few sets.

DB Curls 3 sets
DB Hammers 2 sets
BB curls 2 sets


Nice light workout... u know :chomp:

Did you like the rev kickback sprints? You really need to kick back with the heel and not arch your back (not saying you do .. ) but it's a great burn .. so much where you feel you're gonna fall on your face, but don't


Maybe I'll start training for my own 'comp' too ...yippee

Slightly sore...nothing really noticable though!

I love the kickbacks...reverses are rough specially cuz i had an incline/decline road i was doing it on... lol..almost busted my ass a few times!

Heel to ASS BABY!... no back arch, my feet fly and i don't go very fast forward but my feet fly... know what i mean?!

lol... that race would be messed up...fuggin' weird cuz...

you can stand in place and do it, if you stride farther it defeats the purpose of it... so we're just going to sprint :p


... you'll prolly kick my fat ass, lol!

... I did beat my younger brother though, frequently.
