Did sprints outside in the dark, moonlite street til' my legs caved...
Regular sprints

Kickback Sprints

Did some hooligan jumping/squat sets
Body weight walking lunges
Incline BB Bench presses. 5 sets
Flat BB Close grip presses 3 sets
Overhead single arm tricep presses (kinda sideways behind head, and kicking out...) 2 sets
cable press downs a few sets.
DB Curls 3 sets
DB Hammers 2 sets
BB curls 2 sets
Nice light workout... u know
