alright need some ideas.....i am 6 weeks out from contest ...i am 6'1 219lbs....7.8 % bodyfat on a 9 site caliper test....currently doing 1 hr empty stomach cardio in the am....diet is a 2 high carb day 2 low carb day 250 on the high 125 on the low.....300protein a day....everything is coming together nicley but my low back is not up to par with everything else.....need some suggestions.....anyone...anyone,..,...buler...buler.....
