I don't remember all my numbers but I destroyed them! Cable crossovers are really proving to be effective for rear delts man they are on fire for days after doing them, and I can see muscle forming there..

315x5x5x5( 30 sec pause between each) < anyone who has hit heavy squats or deads especially can probably relate to the euphoric feeling it can sometimes give, this weight went up easy but i felt like i mastered the form today, and by the end of the third set I felt like Iwas on top of the world wow it felt good but I'll be feeling it tomorrow!! I feel like walking The 2 minutes down the hallway to hammer out some more but I don't think I should...)

Bunch of super sevens and hammer curls, nothing special just got a good pump going then Peaced out for dinner. still maintaining 200 lbs well into pct now, think I'm actually getting bigger still, food is the number 1 anabolic I have discovered !
