Crush our shoulders and tris day with my friend. Hard to turn down a buddy wanting to go mash weights.
Warm up 10 minutes on bike
Supermans on slight incline bench with 5lb plates. Just to warm up shoulders and stuff. Couple rotary cuff exercises
Front raises . Drop sets.

Went more for volume rather than strength as I've been strength training for a while. The Pumps were unbelievable i am going to have a hard time sticking to the routine. I had A ton of fun today
Today's weight was 197 and this makes me smile
