5x5 journey to incredible strength

Diet was also no good these last few days And I dropped a few pounds. Bulk continues as of now. So close to 200 its agony. Strength is really improving though

Superset with calves

Stiff legged dead lift DUmbells

Lying hammy curls

Leg extensions
Whole stack x many

Squats to add a final kill on legs
225x10x10x10

Legs are just pooched

Workout 3

5 km jog in the sun.. Any dirty salty sweet food I snacked on was sweat out in the blazing sun. I don't do much cardio anymore but today's session felt needed. I have eaten a butt load
Today to make up for it !

Tomorrow is going
To be another double workout day I still have a couple days off work yes!!

Kept dl lighter back is beat up from squatting yesterday after time off)

Cable flys, dips, pullups and curls
Nothing noteworthy there. Just some assistance work.

Weight coming back up after taking time off and eating poorly
193 this am looking to hit 196 here I hope by tonights workout lol gotta eat big .
