4000+ Calories a day my ass

I want to see the people who say they can eat a clean 4000 cals a day.. I just cant believe it.. I've been choking down 3500 a day and its killing me..

This is my second cycle, test and deca, test 600, deca 300 with winny mixed in when my blood pressure isnt sky high.. how the fuck are you people eating 4000 clean cals a day? Im about to burst, my eyes start tearing every 2.5 hours when I have to eat again, I can't do this for 8 weeks...

Here are my stats...

5'9, 179.. up 10lbs in two weeks.. I know, it must be water im not taking anti e's except 10-20 mg of nolva when my nips get itchy.. right now im @ 16% bodyfat on one of those electric scales. this is just the beggining of week 3 for me.. If I stand to gain 10 more pounds and get to 190 i will go apeshit.. I have to lose some of this water.. Im not getting much stonger yet, but I do recover in about half the time.

This cycle is taking its toll on me, and Im just at the start of week 3.. I need your help bros.. urge me to fight and stick with it.. im busting ass im just close to givin in and scaling back my workouts and or food just a little, I feel like my body cant take it.. I should go to a doc, but i quit the winny to see if I feel any better first.. my first cycle was nothing like this, good thing I decided not to use dbol
 
Wow that is strange. I eat 4 meals a day and drink seven 40 gram protein shakes. The other four meals I get in another 40 grams. So that's a good 440 grams of protein a day. I don't watch calories too much as I don't eat crap.
You just gotta stick with it bro. Just eat three meal a day with like 6-7 protein shakes. That's plenty of protein for weighing 179. You might also try to get some liquidex for the water retension. If not then get some Proviron, that also helps with water retention and with muscle hardness.
 
There is honestly no need to 440 grams of protein per day for you virgin.

Perhaps eating all this is hard for you simply because u jumped right into it as opposed to building up your calories a little slower.

Try this:
Drop down to about 3200 calories a day...making sure to get at least 200 grams of protein. Each week add about 200 calories to your diet. There is really no need to go about 250 grams of protein in your situation. Just dont go all out right away.
 
6 protien shakes a day? holy crap... I can barley stand the 3 a day I do..

Im trying to get mutiple sources of protien, today I had shake #1, 4 pieces white bread a big piece of choc cake, and juice. Then at 10:30 I had 5 rice cakes and can of fruit and 9oz cottage cheese.. then at 12:30 I had about half a pound of turkey and 4 pieces of wheat bread.. then around 3:30 I had a 34 gram protien metrx bar, and a couple rice cakes, then around 5:45 I had a sampler of 2 spring rolls, and two shrimp and two little chicken strips at the thai place down the street with an old buddy who was in town.. then I get home from the gym around 8pm, eat a pound of chile (about 3/4 pound of ground beef) some more chocolate cake and some cottage cheese.. i have no room for shake #2... im going to puke
 
I'm right around 4K a day, doing the following:

Breakfast: 1/2 cup oatmeal, 2 scoops protein powder 1 1/2 cups skim milk

Mid-morning: 3 cups skim milk w/ 3 scoops Optimum PowerMass 1000

Lunch: Usually chx, potato, and veggie of some sort

Afternoon: Same gainer as midmorning

Dinner: Steak, lean ground beef, or chx, potato, veggie

After dinner: Gainer

I started this a while back at 163, I'm now up to 179. Believe it or not, some days I get hungry after all that, and find more to eat.
 
Seriously, try George's MRP. 60g of protein and tastes unbelievably good. And it helps cut down the number of shakes you need to drink. I still drink 4, though.

Yeah, I just ordered the chocolate along with 10 pounds of n-large for my upcoming fina/winny cycle. Cant wait to try both of them!
 
I know this sounds crazy, and maybe it is just an effect it has on only me, but a very low dose of T-3 (12.5mcg) boosts my appetite and for some reason eliminates the overly full feeling. Dbol, even at 10mg a day will also rev up appetite alot.

after I work out I get as hungry as a MOFO!!!
I usually eat the most of my cals during this time.

this is what I do:

day 1:
chest/tri/shoulders
later (or before workout depending on your schedule) in the day I'll run up the 20 flights of stairs in my fucking building.

day2:
back/traps
later (or before) in the day I'll do curls with my bitch bar back at my place, and maybe run up the 20 flights of stairs.

day 3:
legs/lower back/abs
later in the day I'll do some curls back at my place.

1 of my girlfriends has been trying to keep in shape (especially since I have been looking so great thanks to this site, the J, as well as my trainning and diet. She, however, gets really fucking hungry after her workouts and eats a lot of food. Unfortunately she has been gaining weight, even though she does cardio!!!

Try it out man, add some intense cardio, like stairs. Get your heart beating, thats how you'll get those veins popping and your appetite up.

Some of you guys might flame me for saying this but Steroid Virgin do you smoke pot at all. The reason I'm asking is because I used to, don't anymore though but I used to eat a huge meal like 1200 cal at one time and then smoke a big fat joint. Not even 45 minutes later I would eat again another big meal. One time I ate 2 footlong club subs from subway and then ate a litre of yogurt after. The yogurt alone was 900 cal. I don't like to smoke pot but when I was juicing I wanted to get big and the more you eat the bigger you get so by smoking 1 joint a day you can probably eat another 1000cal or more in a day. I dunno it worked for me.
 
How often are you eating? Something should be shoved down your pipe at east every three hours (at least!) I used to think it was hard not to eat alot, but now I find I usually eat too much. It is not as hard as you think you just have to sneak in calories.

Add natural PB into your shakes...hell even a handful of Planters Honey roasted peanuts can bump up your calories by about 200. The possibilities are endless.....

You know when you try that let me know how it works out for you because i am going to be doing a similar cycle, but i am also going to be doing 400mg of eq a week with the winny and fina. so if you can keep me posted how those products work for you?:fro:
 
Here's a diet I've been liking that I've put on 20 lbs from in the last 3 months, no juice yet, can't afford it =(

Wake up: 2 tbsp peanut butter, 300 ml milk, 40 gram whey protein mix

Breaky - 7 eggs whites + 1 whole egg + 3/4 cup of oats + cup of milk

Lunch - 2 4-6oz chicken breast, 1/2 cup of rice

Workout

50 gram shake right after workout

Hour later - Whatever there is for dinner, usually lots of beef or pork

2-3 hours later - 2 cans of tuna + 2 slices whole grain bread

Before bed - 45 gram protein shake

All tallys up to a protein intake > 300, not sure about total calories though.

Been working great for me, give it a shot if you want

You must not have that big of an appetite I can easily consume over 1200 calories per meal. I'm not that big either, only 180lbs. 4000 calories is no problem usually just 4 1000 calorie meals. If I really wanted to, I could take down over 5,000 easy. Some people are just born with big appeites I guess :)
 
I get up at 7am and the first thing I do is have a protein shake.

8am-1/2 Bagel w/lowfat creamcheese
9:30am- Protein shake 40g
11am-Grilled chicken breast w/ brown rice
12:30pm-protein shake 40g
1:30pm-protein shake 40g
2:30pm-Turkey Sandwich
3pm- protein shake 40g
5pm- steak w/veggies 40g
6:30-9pm- work out (Weights and Cardio)
9pm-protein shake
10:30pm-protein shake and bed

In-between meals if I'm hungry I'll eat a bananna or an apple.
I drink Isopure protein, I like it because it mixes with a spoon, doesn't taste bad and doesn't make you feel full or bloated.
 
Last time I bulked I hit 8000 cal per day, was aiming for 10K, but never got there. It's possible to do. I followed a diet outlined by Parillo in one of his books. But man did I feel bloated all the time!!!!!!!!
 
i started dbol yesterday and hoyl shit i cant get full,so i just eat eat eat all the time,its nuts but gotta grow right
 
I wish I could afford to eat 8000 cal a day! I need to get a 2nd job for my lifting addictions....heh. (in fact, i think ill go get one today...hah)

For the bloat try eating ginger root capsules at evry meal. Macro69 posted this about 4 weeks ago and it has helped me out big time!!!!! Eating like I do the ginger is awesome. No bloat and no gas. My girlfriend is happy too. LOL
 
My Diet right now, bulking...... Clean as can be...

MEAL 1
1 cup Oatmeal
1 cup cottage cheese
1 banana

MEAL 2
1 cup cottage cheese
4 slices whole grain bread
2 Tbsp. Peanut Butter

MEAL 3
8oz chicken breast or turkey breast
1 cup (3 cups cooked) of brown rice

DURING WORKOUT:
Ultra Fuel

MEAL 4 (post workout meal)
8 oz. skim milk (mix with protein shake)
Triple Threat 3/60 protein shake
16 oz 100% grape juice with glutamine

MEAL 5
8oz chicken breast or turkey breast
1 cup (3 cups cooked) of brown rice

MEAL 6
2 cans tuna
4 slices whole grain bread

MEAL 7
8oz.Steak
1 medium Potato
some type of veggie (spinach, broccoli)

TOTALS
cal 4900+ (probably more, this is a rough estimate)
fat 68.5
carb 513 (probably more, this is a rough estimate)
protein 428 (probably more, this is a rough estimate)

YUM
 
Set alarm clock for the middle of the night. Drink a shake. It will boost your cal and protien intake plus it help keep your stomach streched.

The electronic scales suck...buy a cheap set of calipers.

4k cals isn't too hard. I only eat 3k because I'm more concerned about being ripped than getting huge (we're the same weight). 3 solid meals at 5-600 cals and 3-4 protein shakes brings you up to about 3k...from there you can snack on nuts, trail mix, fruit, etc.

If you aren't too concerned about dietary fat then adding some to your diet will easily push your totals up. I personally don't worry about it...I focus on getting my protein and avoid simple sugars. I let everything else take care of itself.
 
One quickj note (everyone seesm to be focussing on just the diet).....

You CAN ovetrain while ON. You are enhanced, but NOT superman, so just watch yourself.

That will lower your appetite as well.
 
That's a good point. What are your workouts? I train the same whether I'm on or off -- about 20 sets/day 4x per week. Anything more than that and you're overtraining. Your body doesn't recover THAT much quicker when you are on. Rest is important.
 
a nice 1 1/2lb steak is about 1000cals i have a few of those, some whey protein with carbs mixed in, pasta, bagels, potatoes, ice-cream and calories go past 5000cals per day. no rocket science just eating.

nutrient breakdown:

400g protein *4=1600cals
700g carbs *4=2800cals
150g fats *9=1350 cals
TOTAL = 5750CALS PER DAY
 
I may be an idiot here, but shit, why the hell eat clean?

It seems to me that eating alot of protein, alot of fat, and alot of carbs = alot of calories. Let your body dictate your grease intake, while your energy and strength let you know when to up the protein and carbs. Its not a total sin to throw in a Double Whopper w/cheese every now and then.

Once your cycle is done, then get technical and start cuttin like a mofo.

I think part of the reason your burning out is due to being too scientific with the whole thing. You have set such strict guidelines for your self that you are being coming overwhelmed.

3 sets 6-8 flat bench
3 sets 6-8 incline bench
3 sets 6-8 decline bench

3x10 dips
4x10 shrugs and or lateral raises
3x6 millitary press

3 sets 10 tri extensions

tues off

Wednesday back bi's
4 sets 10 deadlifts
3 sets 8 bicept curl straigh bar
3 sets 8 each hammer curls
3 sets 8 lat pulls
3 sets 8-10 bent over rows

Ryvor and Willyumyum your diets look good, I think there is to much junk food being taken in here by some other people though, I beleive in bulking on about 6000-7000 a day for me and I plan on keeping it as clean as possible,Flaxoils,Natural peanut butter,and Olive Oils for your fat,CLEAN carbs brown rice,oats,100% whole wheat,Maltodextrin this stuff really helps with your calorie intake,Protein powder.lean red meat and of course tuna +chicken for protein...I think bulking is no excuse to get fat...just my opinion though:)

IMO its almost impossible ( unless your genetically blessed ) to put on a decent amount of size and stay pretty . When your bulking you should emabrace the " Viking Standard" eat like a viking , sleep like a viking ( credit to ralph wiggum ) , and train like a viking . Rape and pillage is of course optional.
EAT AND GET HUGE .

I would take that a step further and say, all cals are clean cals when bulking. worrying about gaining a few lb of fat while maximizing muscle gains can be very detrimental to ones progress.

how is that relevent? he did not use gear before he died, he experimented in his early years but stoped using, he had many health problems before he started using gear, and from what i hear his heart condition was something he was born with and not something he developed

It has nothing to do with gear, it has to do with gear bro, its about diet.. If you're eating a ton of greasy nasty shit it's not good for you, on or off gear... I wasn't sayiing that that is what killed him, i was using it to illustrate an unsaid point that i will now say: eating plenty of clean calories is better than eating a bunch of fat filled, greasy nasty calories...
