4000+ Calories a day my ass

Some of you guys might flame me for saying this but Steroid Virgin do you smoke pot at all. The reason I'm asking is because I used to, don't anymore though but I used to eat a huge meal like 1200 cal at one time and then smoke a big fat joint. Not even 45 minutes later I would eat again another big meal. One time I ate 2 footlong club subs from subway and then ate a litre of yogurt after. The yogurt alone was 900 cal. I don't like to smoke pot but when I was juicing I wanted to get big and the more you eat the bigger you get so by smoking 1 joint a day you can probably eat another 1000cal or more in a day. I dunno it worked for me.
 
How often are you eating? Something should be shoved down your pipe at east every three hours (at least!) I used to think it was hard not to eat alot, but now I find I usually eat too much. It is not as hard as you think you just have to sneak in calories.

Add natural PB into your shakes...hell even a handful of Planters Honey roasted peanuts can bump up your calories by about 200. The possibilities are endless.....

You know when you try that let me know how it works out for you because i am going to be doing a similar cycle, but i am also going to be doing 400mg of eq a week with the winny and fina. so if you can keep me posted how those products work for you?:fro:
 
Here's a diet I've been liking that I've put on 20 lbs from in the last 3 months, no juice yet, can't afford it =(

Wake up: 2 tbsp peanut butter, 300 ml milk, 40 gram whey protein mix

Breaky - 7 eggs whites + 1 whole egg + 3/4 cup of oats + cup of milk

Lunch - 2 4-6oz chicken breast, 1/2 cup of rice

Workout

50 gram shake right after workout

Hour later - Whatever there is for dinner, usually lots of beef or pork

2-3 hours later - 2 cans of tuna + 2 slices whole grain bread

Before bed - 45 gram protein shake

All tallys up to a protein intake > 300, not sure about total calories though.

Been working great for me, give it a shot if you want

You must not have that big of an appetite I can easily consume over 1200 calories per meal. I'm not that big either, only 180lbs. 4000 calories is no problem usually just 4 1000 calorie meals. If I really wanted to, I could take down over 5,000 easy. Some people are just born with big appeites I guess :)
 
I get up at 7am and the first thing I do is have a protein shake.

8am-1/2 Bagel w/lowfat creamcheese
9:30am- Protein shake 40g
11am-Grilled chicken breast w/ brown rice
12:30pm-protein shake 40g
1:30pm-protein shake 40g
2:30pm-Turkey Sandwich
3pm- protein shake 40g
5pm- steak w/veggies 40g
6:30-9pm- work out (Weights and Cardio)
9pm-protein shake
10:30pm-protein shake and bed

In-between meals if I'm hungry I'll eat a bananna or an apple.
I drink Isopure protein, I like it because it mixes with a spoon, doesn't taste bad and doesn't make you feel full or bloated.
 
Last time I bulked I hit 8000 cal per day, was aiming for 10K, but never got there. It's possible to do. I followed a diet outlined by Parillo in one of his books. But man did I feel bloated all the time!!!!!!!!
 
i started dbol yesterday and hoyl shit i cant get full,so i just eat eat eat all the time,its nuts but gotta grow right
 
I wish I could afford to eat 8000 cal a day! I need to get a 2nd job for my lifting addictions....heh. (in fact, i think ill go get one today...hah)
