25 days into my cutting cycle. What do you think?

So I'm a little over 3 weeks into this thing. In that time I've dropped about 14 lbs. and 4% body fat. Most of this took place in about the first 18 days or so, and progress has slowed way down. Weight loss has all but stopped, but my waist is still slowly shrinking. I guess I'm a bit discouraged because I had such incredible progress the first couple weeks and now its slowed so much.

Cycle looks like this:

QV EQ @ 300mg/wk
QV Stan 50 @ 50 mg/EOD
Denkall Var @25 mg/day
Arimidex @ .5mg/eod
Clen up to 100mcg 2wk on-off.

Diet consists of exactly 1600 calories a day, broken down as 60% protien, 30% carb, 10% fat. Usually 4 meals of 400 calories each. Carbs pre and post workout.

Workouts are all high intensity, low rest. Cardio is High intensity intervals with occasional longer, lower intensity days.

Current stats are 5'8" 198 lbs.
Goal is 185 lbs @ 8%bf. (Conservative estimate. Really, I don't care that much about weight, so long as I have a tiny ass waist and keep my lean mass.)

Is it possible for me to be anabolic at 1600 calories per day? I didn't think so, but why am I not losing weight anymore? Do I need to turn carbs down? Total calories? Turn cardio up? So far I've dropped almost 4 inches off my waist, but that happened real quick and now it's slowed. Did I just quickly plateau?

Thanks for the input.

1st off buddy gear does NOT burn fat first off thermogenisis has to occur for this to happen and all they will do indirectly is speed metabolism food is the most anabolic I know it sounds back words and depending on your bf% now try more of a 40/40/20 diet with about 1000 cals more a day it sounds like you might be overtraining and slowing your metabo! and conserving energy crank the cals up and watch the fat fall off! try it you might like it :)

I honestly don't think my body would survive off 1600 cals a day LOL! I personally would gradually increase the calorie intake by 200 every second day or so until you hit about 2400 cals a day. Go for more of a gradual fat loss.

$ inches off your waist in 25 days???? DAMN, If that is correct then I would say that the major portion of what you have lost is water and not fat...although some fat has to be lost @ 1600 cals ED. I think that is a bit light on the cals though...I think I would shoot for a minimum of 2000 ED and lose it more slowly....
I agree with the Starvation mode.

I didn't think my diet was all that radical. It's about 800 or so under maintenance. Maybe I am in starvation mode, but I don't think so. My cravings aren't that bad and my energy level is decent. I eat every 4 hours. So the consensus is raise the calories, huh? Sounds counter intuitive, but maybe I should consider it.

As far as the gear goes, I am aware it doesn't burn fat. I'm not a damn idiot. The purpose for it in this case is to retain lean mass and strength. And that it has done. Believe it or not, I've gotten stronger on 1600 calories a day. Besides, several studies link anavar directly to reducing abdominal fat deposits in men.

Go find something to do you "All Natrual" douchebag. Where do these fags come from? Everyone before you had something productive to say, then the gene pool suddenly turns to shit and your kind comes floating up like a bouyant turd.

I wouldn't think that you would want to go 500 calories below maintenance, that would be 1 lb a week lost (3500 cal = one pound), With everything else that you are doing, that should be fine.

Best of luck -VC-
