Yes I know I've been a bad girl and haven't been posting. I've been busy and finding time to post in here everyday is hard for me. I've been following my diet and doing my workouts, also the cardio.
This week, I'll start spliting up the cardio doing it in the am, and workouts at night, I'm also going to start cycling my carbs, high, medium, low days.
Right now my mood is not so good, something happened last night that upset me quite abit, and this morning after waking up the feeling hasn't gone away. it bothers me when people (whom I'm supposed to be close to, well this may be in my little world not theirs) judge me and form an opinion on something they know nothing about, and their information is wrong.
