Close grip press 3 x 8 (65lbs)
DB Seated curl 3 x 8 (15lbs)
Straight bar pushdowns 3 x 8 (65lbs)
Straight bar cable curls 3 x 8 (35lbs)
BB extensions 3 x 8 (35lbs)
21s for biceps BB (25lbs)

Meal 1
Veggie greens, 1/2 grapefruit, 1 whole egg, 1/2C egg whites, 1/2 spelt bagel

Meal 2
5oz grilled salmon
2C mixed veggies

Meal 3
1 tbsp UDO oil
.5s of casein/.5s whey
3oz carrots

Meal 4
.5s of casein/.5s whey, glutamine, taurine, 1 banana

Meal 5
1/3C oatmeal, 1C berries, .5s of casein/.5s whey (only because I'm an idiot and thought I had chicken prepared didn't :rolleyes: )

Workout Chest and ABS

Bench press 3 x 10 (65lbs) I don't know what it is but I will forever suck and bench press, I can never seem to go heavier with this.

Incline DB press 4 x 8 (20lbs, 25lbs, 30lbs, 30lbs)
Incline DB flyes 2 x 10(15lbs)
Side bends 3 x 12 each side (15lbs)
Cable reverse crunches 3 x 12 (45lbs)

No cardio today!

Hey you, its always nice to see you. And know there are people checking in on me :)

So had my bodyfat done, I am at 19%, the trainer who did it told me that from the spots he pinched he can tell my problem is with cortisol and insulin. Great! :rolleyes:

Thanks girl, the part that got me was when he said my cortisol is high, lol NO f_ing kidding, Someone is stressing me out, I wish I could just not let it get to me, but it does damn it!


No problem at all 12 weeks, and 9 to 10% of bodyfat to lose! lol
 
Today looked like this.

Meal 1
Veggie greens, 25g protein, 1 tbsp UDO oil, 1/2 grapefruit, 5g fiber

Meal 2
25g protein, glutamine, taurine (forgot my blasted banana)

Meal 3
chicken wrap, salad

Meal 4
3oz tuna, salad

Meal 5
1/2C oatmeal, 25g protein.
