I've done 200 grams of fat many times in one sitting - normally a nut binge. Also on one occassion 2 large pizzas.
My favourite cheat is about 1/3 kilo of cashews with melted cheese on it.
My view is that with the nut binges most of the calories get shitted out. not true with the pizza - have a look at ur shit and u should see a lot of the food undigested (gross sounding, but it will reassure you)
