When doing a true 20rep squat routine by the time I get to 15reps It's ten seconds to get my breath and courage together to drop into the hole again....the 20th rep should seem miles away and not worth the pain to get to it......It's extremely effective and a hardcore method of training that only the most dedicated or unemployed lifters should try........it's hard to do and I've bailed a little over two or three weeks into it everytime.......It's not for the "conservative" type!!!
