2 questions...very important...

OK, i have been dieting like a mad woman and sticking to it really well the past 2 weeks and am going home this weekend and want to refeed while i am there because there will be less super shitty stuff to eat than here at school...
Only problem is, i tend to really lose it on refeeds and wanted to know if i should stress calories and what not or just have a free day?!? and what should i eat??
also, i just got my period yesterday and today i am up on the scale like 3 pounds...is it possible to gain this much water just from bloating from that time of the month??

Eat what you want and don't worry about it. You couldn't possibly pack in enough of anything in one day to make much difference in body fat.

I'd only worry about kcals if you're cutting for comp.

My estrogen related water weight gain has gotten the worse the older I get - usually 2-3 lbs. overnight. Damn estrogen.
