Yes, this is true. It was 21 all....and then ND took advantage of QB miscues. I was surprised that Fulmer's crew kept it as close as it was, but thanks to ND's strong safety, #9, with his punt return TD, and interception TD, the Irish covered the monster spread..... and I won 10 large.
