my cousin lives out west and we talk about weight training. he gave me an idea to try, not sure if they are called centuries or just 100 reps but he said to do 10 reps of 10 sets of bench but do a weight you can typically do 15 reps on. then the next day do another lift like squats same way. i tried it and it was crazy with the pumps. have any of you tried this too and is this effective?
