possible to get down to 10% BF with just weight training and dieting???
I just hate cardio, is boring as hell, I rather lift weights...now I know some people say you can do it but has anyone here actually done it? any plans you can share?
No brainer....You are going to get there faster with cardio.
If you get bored with cardio then consider changing your cardio. For me music gets me through the boredom.
Depends on what you consider boring.... For me two good cardio workouts that are not boring are Heavy Bag and swimming. Jumping rope even.
HIIT is the best..its not nearly as boring as steady cardio, and it seems to be the least catabolic of cardio..10 minutes is really all it takes too if you go balls to the wall
As long as your heart rate gets up it shouldn"t matter how it gets there. Sex is a great way to get your heart rate up but you have to fine someone willing to do it a least once a day.Twice a day is way better if you get the chance!!
