I´ve been working out for 5 years with really good results...I´ve been switching from H.I.T to regular methods of training.
I´ve been working out for a year like this
Monday: chest & triceps
Tuesday: back & biceps
Wednesday: off´
Thursday: legs & shoulder, forearms
Friday: chest&triceps
Saturday: off
Im started a cycle with 1gr of test enatnthate and 600mg of EQ 2 weeks ago and my strenght its unbelievable BIG! My question is: should I workout only 1 body part per day? If yes, how many exercises and how many sets per exercise? I usualy do, for example:
Chest = 5 exercises with 4 sets each exercise
Triceps = 4 exercises with 4 sets each exercise
Is that too much for a day? THANKS
