Nobody ever said being a bodybuilder was completely healthy. O carbs is physically and mentally tiresome. 500grams of protein is a strain on the digestive system. 8000 cals when bulking is not the best diet. But to achieve the results you want, you have to be willing to go to some extremes. I have also read that 100grams of carbs is necessary to have proper brain function---but I never have more than 85grams of carbs daily when cutting.
Or you can eat a 40-30-30 diet and be healthy according to the government.
