  • T-bar neutral grip 65lbs up 10lbs 3x8

I had my cheat meal today! Pizza Hut and a Greek yogurt protein peach cobbler bowl!

1 cup of non fat Greek yogurt
1 scoop of vanilla whey
Stevia
Vanilla extract
Cinnamon
Top with gram crackers
No sugar added canned peaches

I might do faster cardio in the mornings with my new school schedule. I just started school back up again I can’t do 45 mins of cardio. Step wise I’m getting over 15k steps a day
 
cardio is important pre post training even if less, steps dont count bro
Yeah I can maybe do 30 mins Monday through Wednesday. Friday I could also do 30 mins.

I’m not going to be going to gym every weekend just because I’m resuming my tattoo this weekend.

20 walking lunges per leg
  • Smith machine squats 110lbs up 10lbs 4x10
  • Split squats 10lbs DBs up 5lbs 3x12
  • Leg extensions 50lbs up 5lbs 5x20
  • Hip abductor 55lbs up 5lbs 4x15
  • Seated hamstring curls 55lbs up 5lbs 3x12
  • Seated calve press 115lbs up 15lbs 3x12

I’m getting the opposite side of my forearm done and the back of my palm. Sunday he’s doing touch ups and going over design layouts. Nothing on my back lol too scared lol

I get my bonus checks Tuesday or Wednesday in my account so I’ll place orders then. I’m running low on other gym supplements too so just in time.
