Back to training pretty normal, legs not quite there with the weight just yet but back to running and bike.
Dropped the cals a bit, messed around with last weeks meal, looking to keep it low for a month or so just to lean out a bit. With the injury and then being sick just threw myself a bit.
Loving the EQ, the vascularity is so good, instant pumps at the gym. 200/200 has been great, Sassy gear is doing the job. Will upload some food and rig shots from my phone later.
Fish and veggies for dinner has been great, when i'm needing a snack i'm leaning towards more whole foods like banana or greek yoghurt, trying to cut the shit out and limit my cheat meals to one day which has been good for the past two weeks - looking/feeling leaner and the scale has dropped 1.5ish kg's.
