- SLDL BB 65lbs 4x10
- Hip abductor machine modified 155lbs 3x13
- Superset normal hip abductor machine 115lbs up 5lbs 3x10
- Standing isolated hamstring curls 10lbs 4x9
- Standing calve raise machine 310lbs 4x12 up in reps
