Cycle/Log Outcome Goals:
Hey Guys I’m very honoured to be doing a log for my prep into Season C IFBB, where I’ll be making me classic physique debut and doing Junior BB as well.

(What are you aiming for? Mass gain, recomp, cutting, strength increase, etc.)
The main goal of this cycle is to get as lean as possible to hopefully pull off a win come the show.

No real goal weight as we’re going for stage but we’re thinking around low 90’s on stage.

Current Physique (optional, blur face/tattoos if needed, attach photos if comfortable)

22 weeks total around 15 wks out now

Test E 300mg running 400mg p/w
Mast E 800mg p/w

Lab Used: List all if multiple

Training Program: (Split, rep ranges, intensity techniques, etc.)
My current split is
M-Quads
T-Chest
W-Rest and cardio
Th-Posterior
F-Back and bi’s
S-shoulders and weaker points ( for me it’s hams and lower back )

Diet Overview: (Macros, calories, meals, approach – bulk, recomp, deficit, etc.)
My current macros are on a TD:

Training log : Posting this first log on a rest day so I’ve just got steps today at 12k p/day


Session:
No training today but I will update when I can

Cardio: (Type, duration, intensity, etc)
12k steps
2x stair master at LVL 8 for 10 mins
1x Assault bike @ 5mins 45off 15 on

Side Effects & Adjustments:
Only just had a touchdown from Sassy today so I will update this as we further go along.


Adjustments Made:
I’ve been on 350T 700M for 4 weeks now starting next week we will go to 800M 400T. Fat burners have remain unchanged for a while and probably will stay like that. Very much looking forward to adding Sassys Cialis in on a training day.


Progress Updates/Weight Changes:
Still getting visually leaner with weight hardly moving been hovering around 96-97 for a while now but visually improving.

Visual updates: I’ll add some photos as we go along on a training day


General Comments: Honestly feeling really good , very motivated and headstrong to absolutely kill this prep and come in big and diced. Huge thanks to Sassy and the team for having me on.
@XRT This is looking tremendous, man. Keep up the good work on this. You won't go wrong with this type of cardio. It's great for your heart health.

This is looking really solid. As others have said, amazing job on the cardio. Make sure you're controlling your water retention with a good AI.

Quick little Log update:
I trained back and Bi’s tonight using 10mg of @Sassy's Pharmaceuticals cialis and Jesus the pump was crazy looking really full and dry. Workout was as follows
Straight arm cable pull overs (12,10,8-10)
Single arm high rows (15,12,8-10)
Barbell seal row (12,10,6-8)
Upper back row neutral grip (15,10-12)
Back ext
Cambered bar cable curls (12,10,8)
Also thought I’d chuck in a few of my meals on a training day at the moment:
M1 : 6 eggs
250ml egg whites
100g tomato
150g spinach

M2 (pre workout )
10 corn thins
160g Chobani fit
60g honey
4.5g iodised salt

M3
300g jasmine rice
200g cauliflower rice
200g turkey breast mince
200g silver beet
10g evoo

M4
600g spud lite
200g salmon
200g broccoli

M5
72g rice flour
100g mixed berries
200g jasmine rice
60g whey

Aiming at the moment for an equal balance of 5000mg sodium and 5000mg of potassium to keep electrolytes in check and to keep fluid balance stable to avoid weight fluctuations
