Approved Log Test E, EQ and NPP growth cycle Log

Absolutely, men’s mental health month gets overshadowed by the other June events and it’s horrid. So incredibly important and needs to be spoken about more

Not sure what I can do for my log adding in for next month other then talking about my own past issues BUT I’ll think of something, maybe even just a self reflection question in every log. Really don’t nnow

Hey all!

Recap of the past couple of days!

Push day yesterday! Killer chest punmp
Back and bis today! - pump photo at bottom🙌

Diet was shit house but actually just enjoyed eating today! Spent today cleaning out the missus storage shed and moved it all into a family members garage and safe to say I was pretty fucking knackered after that when I got to the gym!

Still hit a workout as said above but wasn’t too much

3x12@20kgs Single arm bicep curls (dumbbell)
3x12@74kgs lat push downs
3x12@80kgs single arm plate loaded rows
3x12@15kgs cable bicep curls with arm elongated behind back

I did nearly lose my cool in the gym for the first time however. There was a dude gawking at the missus which is something I’ve accepted will happen to an extent as I’m punching drastically above my weight and shes INSANELY HOT but obviously still pisses me off. I don’t think he was all mentally there however. She does a great job of making it clear she’s with me whenever we are in public (She’s a good egg) - I noticed it 3 more times even yelling at the guy asking if he was good having a stare (was on the machine infront of us) - We moved machines, followed us to be behind her again, she moved to the OPPOSITE END OF THE CABLE MACHINE RACKS (The cable setup at our gym is a good 3-4 cable machines long if not more) AND he followed her, of which she then came straight back over to me because obviously she then felt majorly uncomfortable. I was about 30 seconds away from flipping my lid and then we left.

Positive from the day but:
Went to 2 really cool food stalls with the missus after as a “reward for being a good boy” TO ADD SOME REFERENCE she’s 28 and I’m 24… we joke about this shit all the time🤣 - good photo attached!

Self reflection:
Had a really hard time processing some emotions last night around my curry place of residence with my parents that the missus ever so kindly listened to me about for a good 2-3hrs. Safe to say I’m working on getting out of those house - We both agree I’ll flourish when that’s the case. The self reflection is around how narcissism has affected me since I was a kid and how I can actively break the cycle for our kids and be a better man all around (I’m pretty fucking cool and a great dad/stepdad I know but everyone needs work)

Good on you for still getting the session in after a massive day brother, sometimes those lower energy workouts still end up being the most rewarding 💪 Also handled that gym situation better than most would’ve, respect bro

I admire the level of self awareness and accountability you’ve got. A lot of people never stop to reflect on that stuff, let alone actively work on becoming a better partner, dad and man while still pushing through life and training hard 🔥

SOOOOOO! No log for today as I’m giving my body and brain a break as my mental loads feeling heavy due to the toxic living situation I’m in until the missus and I move out (Again, not chasing sympathy or empathy just love using this log as a bit of a diary, let’s all focus on the physique update below, I’m just venting🤣)

PHYSIQUE UPDATE:
Bloods:
Still fucking waiting on my LCMS E2 results over 2 weeks later… kinda fucking pissed about it because I would love to raise my test to 500 and EQ to 400/500 pending bloods. NPP to 300 too
91.4kgs morning weight
Chest
looks noticeably more developed
Arms have also gained size
Legs have noticeably the largest size increase but it’s rather hard to picture. I’ve had numerous people in person mention it however so I’m confident with it!

Overall looking a little fluffy around the stomach but still somewhat lean - FOR FULL CLARITY: This photo is with my abs tensed/flexed and not relaxed

To 500Test E : 500 EQ : 300 NPP

I hit a leg day Thursday and I’ve attached 2 photos of that. Plus an upper body physique photo I took yesterday

This week has been one very, very, stressful and intense week. I’ll be hitting the gym later in the day but I honestly haven’t been to the gym since Thursday.

I’m unable to really be home at the moment as it’s toxic as fuck so have been spending every waking second at the missus place. Thankfully I go away Monday-Wednesday this week and then Friday - Sunday I’m taking the Mrs away kid free for her birthday. Safe to say we could BOTH use the fucking break.

Have been looking at rentals together too which has been nice

Yup 65 is not optimal for muscle growth & the cognitive & physical benefits that estrogen brings to the male body.
You need a reasonable level of estrogen in your body for HGH to work efficiently too if you are taking HGH bro.
Legs are looking to be in excellent balance 👌

Honestly I couldn’t agree more and I’ll stop the EQ at 300 because I am going insane with the bad dreams and insecurity running rampant and it’s taking a toll on numerous aspects of my life/mental health

Appreciate the advice all I’m taking it on board.

I’ll do 500/300/300 - also not taking any HGH only took it at the start of the cycle as I had 100iu laying around 3.33ius daily
