Retatrutide and HGH Recomp - Prymal Peptides Log

Log sponsored by @Prymal

After a rocky start with my first attempt at a log, I’ve been lucky enough to pick up a sponsorship with @Prymal to run HGH and retatrutide.

I had actually been a Prymal customer before, so I know the quality is top notch, clean and pure.

A little about me

In my teens and 20’s I was massive into YouTube fitness. I was totally into gym, bodybuilding, the Olympia and all the personalities like Chris Jones, Hodgetwins and that whole scene.

As I got older and life took over, I just lost interest and started other things.

Over the last couple of months I stumbled into retatrutide just from random YouTube videos and it eventually led me to the evo forum and here.

I had only dabbled in “mild” stuff like clen, but when I tried Reta for the first time I was blown away.

Now I’m just trying to get back into my previous prime. Cut some fat, build some muscle and maintain my fitness. I can’t use any AAS just yet, as I’m not finished family planning. I’d want to be much leaner anyway before starting down that road.

Im 5'10 and in my 30's. Starting weight is 82.2kg (down from 93kg when i started the reta a couple months ago)

PEDS (sponsored by @Prymal )

2mg a week Reta
2 IU HGH a night

I all the standard supps like creatine, protein powder and the odd preworkout.

Training

I do a push, pull, legs split. Usually only hitting the muscle groups once a week. This is plenty for me as I slowly rebuild up.

I also play a lot of recreation rugby and cricket during the week, so long as we can get players.

I have a really high activity level. I do a lot of hiking, walking, beach trips, deep sea fishing and camping.

Diet

I aim to get in a high protein diet while sort of letting the retatrutide guide my appetite.

I’m not much for counting calories, I just try to aim for a balanced and healthy diet. I still try to eat normally, the random treat or dessert.

The Reta does make it hard to overeat. So I just make sure I get in high protein and keep overall intake low so I can keep losing fat.

Goals

I would ideally like to get as lean as I can, while maintaining my sports and gym.

Getting lower bodyfat is the main goal, then I can focus more on building muscle and filling out. I can’t really add any meaningful muscle while dieting and natural. So lean is the main aim.

Massive thanks to @Prymal for taking me on. I’ll do my best to update during the weeks as often as possible.

Hell yeah brother, fresh start with the right gear! @Prymal won't let you down. Reta + HGH is a sick combo for recomp, keen to follow along 💪

08/04/2026 - Update

The previous nausea seems to have passed. My appetite is still pretty low, but that might be from the reta.

Workouts

I started my morning with a 4km run that took 30 minutes. There was a headwind for the majority of the time, which sucked.

Around lunch time i did a pull workout

Bodyweight Chins, 3x10
Barbell Rows, 3x10 with 60kgs
Close grip lat pull down, 49kg on the machine for 3x10
Rear delt fly, 38kg on the stack, 3x10

After work I had a rugby game. I was suprised I had so much energy to do all the exercise, considering I didnt eat much today.

Food

Food - brekky wrap, coffee
Lunch - Fruit
Dinner - chicken curry and rice and half a tub of vanilla ice cream

I couldn't really stomach much food and i was pretty busy all day. I sort of don't mind having super low calories. The reta makes it easy and im not hungry, might as well use the bodyfat for energy, i got enough of it.

HGH and reta from @Prymal instantly reconned completely clear. Going to pin 2IU right before bed.

Peptides

2mg retatrutide a week, split into two injections
2IU of HGH each night before bed

Looking forward to re-starting this and getting going again.

Great to see the nausea has passed brother! Low appetite is par for the course with reta starting up, means it's working. Rugby on top of training is solid cardio too. 💪

10/04/2026 - Update

I weighed in at 81.4kg, a drop of 0.8kg from my last weigh in. My appetite is pretty low from the reta, but im letting it do its thing. If im not hungry, i wont eat. I'll make sure to get in plenty of water, and ill ride out this low appetite and get some easy fat loss out of it.

Workouts

I didnt have a workout today. I had planned to hit legs, but time just got away from me.

I went to the beach and went for a pretty long walk, just enjoying the nice weather and checking out the surf for fishing spots.

Food

Food - eggs, toast and coffee
Lunch - Chicken Sandwich, fruit
Snack - Protein shake with low fat milk
Dinner - Grilled fish, baked potato and steamed veggies

Still not my appetite, and like i said im all good with that. People are noticing how much weight i've lost considering i was up over 90.

I feel alot lighter, and everything just feels alot easier. Reta is the real deal man.

Peptides

2mg retatrutide a week, split into two injections
2IU of HGH each night before bed

Feeling good, hopefully get my legs session in real soon!

You look pretty good mate. I don't think you have to do anything drastic from where you are now. Probably recomping would be the way to go.

Surprised you need the Reta given how active you are with the sports etc.

Push, pull, legs is pretty good but I think slightly more suited to more training days. Maybe upper lower might be better for only three days per week.

Workout looks alright. If you're only going three days a week you could probably do another two exercises.

Not sure about the food mate. Just fruit for lunch is no good given your activity level. And if one of three meals has no protein then I doubt you're getting enough. From this post and your first post it sounds like that's where you can make the best improvements. Tracking really isn't hard. And you can still have snacks, just include them.

I think you're at the point now where you need to be a bit more careful with potentially losing weight too quickly. In saying that, your meals on this day look better.

11/04/2026 - Update

Feeling really good today. I noticed im looking more veiny and my sleep has gotten much better. I've also been getting more boners haha.

I take my HGH before bed and always struggled with sleep. Its been improving every day.

Workouts

I trained legs today. Workout got cut short, friends car died and needed a jump.

Squat
60kg x 3
70kg x 3
80kg x 9
60kg x failure

Walking lunges 16kg each hand, 3 laps of the gym floor

Leg extensions 20kg plate each side 3x10

Hamstring extension - 3 sets till failure

Felt good to be training again, even if it was a little shorter.

Food

Food - cereal and coffee
Lunch - Leftover Fish and steamed veggies from last night
Snack - Protein shake with half milk half water
Dinner - Ground beef, rice and na'an bread.

Struggled to get my food down. I know i need to eat, but i could easily just skip it all day. Getting my water in at least.

Peptides

2mg retatrutide a week, split into two injections
2IU of HGH each night before bed

I feeling so much better and people are noticing how much better im looking. This log only just started but i bought reta privately off @Prymal before so i've come down a bit since before the start.

Its amazing man, this stuff actually works like the hype.

Sleep and libido on HGH is the unspoken hero of the stack brother, most people talk body comp but the quality of life stuff is massive too. Keep stacking the days 💪

Im wanting to get down as lean as possible before i try to rebuild.

Im letting the reta sort of drive my appetite and take the easy wins now.

I know i can definately improve on my diet.

12/04/2026 - Update

My weight shot up today all the way up to 82.5kg. I assume there is going to be some ups and down with different amounts of food and water. Im still happy with the progress, i feel like i look noticably better already.

Hey brother, awesome update! Keep up the great work! 😀

Try not to look at your weight on a day to day basis. You nailed it on the head that it goes up and down day to day. Just consistently weigh yourself in the morning and track your weekly average. It's the weekly average data that you want to monitor for progress.

your food is not good
cereal toast? should be swapped for oatmeal or eggs with bacon

Thanks man, I do it mostly out of curiosity. I like to see the variations based on my activity level.

I like cereal for carbs. Its great for energy for the sport and running i do.

14/04/2026 - Update

I weighed in this moring at 81.7kg, which is a drop of 0.8kg. I know my weight fluctuates during the week. I dont take it too seriously, i mostly just like to see the number.

Obviously i want the trend to be down and to get leaner.

Workouts

Back.
Wide grip chins
3x10

Bent row
60kg 1x10
70kg 2x10

Close grip cable pull down
Machine setting 28 3x10 reps

Cable pull over
36kg, 3x10

I also did two 4k runs. One in the morning and another at night.

Wanting to build my cardio max so i can perform better for rugby. While im getting smaller i want to get faster and have more gas than the rest. While they are all tired, i want to still have more in the tank!

Food

Breakfast - Protein shake
Lunch - Chicken and salad roll
Snack - Another Protein Shake
Dinner - tuna, pasta and veggies

Not super hungry, so i made sure to get protein shakes in to count for the low food intake.

Peptides

2mg retatrutide a week, split into two injections
2IU of HGH each night before bed

I've noticed how much better my sleep is, which is giving me so much more energy.
