
EF log update: Thursday - rest day

What’s good all my Elite Fit Bros, hope yall heading into the day ready to tear shit up!

Nothing to exciting the the cards today as it’s a rest day, I now have 2 rest days per week in alignment with the new programming

My legs are toasted from yesterdays session, the failure sets and top sets are really taxing and I’m loving them off the bat

I’ll get physique updates after my check in at the end of the week

Deep sleep last night thanks to the incredible growth I’m running from
