steve I think it is the hormones I'm very anxious. I was doing ok this morning but I still feel off. I don't know what to do. I'm def not going to cycle again until I NEED to (HRT) I'm going to train naturally and just focus on diet and training this is not fun I'm scared. I'm afraid of this feeling of the anxiety. I'm sure it will resolve on its own in time, but how much time I don't know, It's hard to sleep and relax, if ANYONE has any advice please help me.
