steve I think it is the hormones I'm very anxious. I was doing ok this morning but I still feel off. I don't know what to do. I'm def not going to cycle again until I NEED to (HRT) I'm going to train naturally and just focus on diet and training this is not fun I'm scared. I'm afraid of this feeling of the anxiety. I'm sure it will resolve on its own in time, but how much time I don't know, It's hard to sleep and relax, if ANYONE has any advice please help me.

Go to a doctor for anxiety. They'll prescribe you meds. I def wouldn't be using aas... Because it sounds like you have bad anxiety issues and the hormone fluctuation caused it to downward spiral into panic attacks/severe depression/thoughts of suicide. You probably experienced something similar to bad acid trip lol.
You'll be okay bro, just lay of the aas for awhile until you get over the anxiety problem.
Call up a good friend or two and hang out with them and do something... Having good people around seems to help me the rare times I get anxiety.

people that have heard me say this, or seen me type it out are probably sick of it but it works...so I'm gonna type it out again...
breathe in for a count of 4, and breathe out for a count of 8...as many times as it takes to calm down..if you do this it works 100% percent of the time, I promise. I've calmed down more than a cpl hundred psyche patients with that.
I would guess hormone fluctuations pricked at an underlying depression and anxiety...don't use AAS again until at the very least you get to the bottom of what the underlying issue is.
If it makes you feel any better I love some var, and hate some var for a very similar problem...but Im a chick with an underlying hormone issue to make it more of an aggravation and can just drop it cold turkey w/o probs
If you genuinely get suicidal here is a good place to talk to people because people here will understand you've used anabolics, but for any type of critical sitch...call a hotline or get yourself to an emergency room

train naturally. get your head back and get back your balance.
before you go to a doc and get put on anxiety meds the rest of your life (my X is on and the meds make her even crazier and she can't stop taking them or she turns psycho now) i would find a swimming pool, sauna, yoga studio.. and add those to your weekly regime. clear out the shit out of your body. also a full body 1 hour massage is great to release the toxins followed up by a ton of water and green tea. try that. acupuncture is even better. find a good (use google) acupuncturist and tell them straight up you want a full body de-tox treatment. you will feel 100X better trust me.
you have a lot of shit built up in your body and toxins. so work on releasing them. shirlene brung up a good point about breathing, you probably haven't breathed properly in a long time so work on your breathing
its amazing what the above will do for a person but its not the treatment a doctor will put you on as there is no money in advising that.
then later on if you feel better down the road run something like primo or var.. stay away from the hard stuff. sounds like you got some potent dbol and you over dosed it which spiked your bp and anxiety.

You should always spread the dose of orals anyway, to keep blood levels stable.
However, i'm not convinced the steroids are your problem. Sounds like you may need to see a doctor pal. Steroids should not cause sever mental issues such as those you described. Especially 2 doses. . .
