LOTS OF GOOD HELP guys. The breathing techniques I do and it helped, but this wasn;'t a bout of anxiety it was 2 days of agony. I ate A BIG fatty meal and took lots of zinc. I went to bed and slept for about 8 hours just now. I can say I feel 100x better than yesterday and about 50x better than this morning. I did some research it seems that DBOL an affect some people very quickly it's possble my natural test TANKED after the first dose and the waiting period between doses caused my estro to rise, because I felt ok after taking the ADEX, but after about 12 hours the feeling starated to creep back. I did not want to play with my hormones and make it worse so I went off. I'm going to an endo at the end of the week to see about my levels. If my hormones are all normal I'm going to a psych counselor to see if it's possible for a hormonal imbalance to trigger a panic attack. Technially I do not have a diagnosis of anxiety, but I am predisposed. Actually lifting elmiinates my anxiety all together, I'm not gonna mess up a good thing. If I need hormones when I'm old so be it, but for now I'll be training naturally, with the exception of possible some Sarms AFTER I get my blood work back and after my next PL meet
