you also have to factor in age and experience
obviously a 60 year old will not work out the same as a 25 year old
 
the split looks okay
but get a log journal going and be more specific if you want specific help

people don't train like that in real life
 
anyone can throw weights around
it doesn't mean that they're going to get results it's about training properly
