I have a hard time waking up in the morning and am groggy as fuck as if i havnt slept... the sleep goes by really fast.. but I don't think it is quality sleep

One of the ladies who trains people at my gym.. which is supposedely "hard core" came up to me about 6 months ago when I was doing rack deads, and told me to put the bar down lighter because I was going to bend the pins...

I used this program.. and I agree with mrmuscle... I felt like i was doing cardio..... I was almost puking EVERY workout... All the leg work actually caused a few problems for me.
I wish I wasn't trying to lose weight while doing this program tho... My strength went down on a lot of things...
