Its just as easy to get alot of clean calories as it is to eat alot of shit food.. I know your metabolism is fast and all but you should still eat clean.
Not only this but you will get the fiber, vitamins and minerals that you need from eating clean raw foods. Doesn't mean you can't cheat. I can't gain if
I don't pound back massive meals with pancakes sausage and stuff but I eat mostly clean foods. I have a big ass yogun fruz at least 3 times a week too after a hard workout. Throw some granola on there and you have a decent post workout snack. Find ways to eat big or eat calorie dense foods like sodium free mixed nuts. Pretty easy to pack in calories utilizing mixed nuts and peanut butter. The only thing I try to really really stay away from is deep fried shit. A bagel with a couple tablespoons of PB is a nice snack aswell for bulking.
Make a blender full of a home
Made weight gainer. ( each serving have a cup of oats , heaping tblspoon natty PB, tbsp honey , serving of whey, 1 raw egg , 1 banana and a cup of milk.) make a couple servings and leave them in the cooler to sip on throughout the day. Tasty and easy to consume.
