Should I go ahead and switch up bench to 3x5 so I can up the weights?

How do I go about getting the rows the same as my bench? Up it 10 per workout?
For now hold your bench where it is at and continue to increase your row weight till it matchs. I know you dont wanna do this but do it anyway!:evil:
Also idk if this is weird or not, but my squats seem to be getting easier and easier. Will tell my bro to post pics of me squatting so you can critique my form if needed. I think it's perfect but hard to tell. I break parallel every time.


Also just woke up an hour ago. Ate 3 pancakes, 4 sausage links, and some chohani yogurt

When you squat go all the way down ass to ankles, until you literally can't squat anymore, do it with no weight tojudge where to put the sissy bar. Some will argue going that low but most will agree

Typically I would agree with you bro but not in this case for the SL 5x5 and our bro big B.
For him right now its all about gaining strength and size. So its Power Squat style for him IMO.
 


Ok your squat is good but still room for improvement bro.
In pic 1 you should punch your ass out backwards just a lil bit. This will get you to lead with your ass. What this does is gets you to use your glutes.

In pic 2 Keep your back dished. Your not quite rounded but that looks like it could become an issue for you as weights go up.

In pic 3 cant really see how low you are....but I do see that it looks like your right knee is caving in. Make sure that you pay attention to that and dont let it do that.

Over all very good tho. These are just little things that will protect you as the weight increases.
 
Appreciate it will take it into thought. Workout yesterday was good. Sailed through 125 on the bench this time with ease.

Squat 155 5x5
Bench 125 5x5
Row 95 5x5

Oh my goodness... I just made up an AWESOME SNACK!

King size snickers bar, get a big spoon and out a big chunk of peanut butter on the end for each bite. Took me about 8 bites to eat it and a lot of peanut butter. Tasted AMAZING

I love snikers......and PB!
But not too often for me.
For you at your size its ok once or twice a week.
Hold weight on bench press till your rows catch up.
If you wanna do another set or 2 on bench, it wont hurt.
Good job bro.
