Its just as easy to get alot of clean calories as it is to eat alot of shit food.. I know your metabolism is fast and all but you should still eat clean.

Not only this but you will get the fiber, vitamins and minerals that you need from eating clean raw foods. Doesn't mean you can't cheat. I can't gain if
I don't pound back massive meals with pancakes sausage and stuff but I eat mostly clean foods. I have a big ass yogun fruz at least 3 times a week too after a hard workout. Throw some granola on there and you have a decent post workout snack. Find ways to eat big or eat calorie dense foods like sodium free mixed nuts. Pretty easy to pack in calories utilizing mixed nuts and peanut butter. The only thing I try to really really stay away from is deep fried shit. A bagel with a couple tablespoons of PB is a nice snack aswell for bulking.
Make a blender full of a home
Made weight gainer. ( each serving have a cup of oats , heaping tblspoon natty PB, tbsp honey , serving of whey, 1 raw egg , 1 banana and a cup of milk.) make a couple servings and leave them in the cooler to sip on throughout the day. Tasty and easy to consume.

Btw-I'd be rethink driving a nice car around a college campus as a freshman especially at a big state school like Georgia.

You do the 5x5 and stick to it like I have been telling you and you will lay the foundation for any type of bod you want.
Right now your a skinny ass bastard and have all the room in world to build on, so take full advantage of that bro. (not being insulting bro just saying what you already know and your wanting to change that. Kuddos to you bro!)

Also in every one of your shakes do this.
Go to the grocer and get Gelatine. Its in the canning or jello isle. Just get the plain gelatine this is for joint health.
Put one packet of that, 1 tablespoon of natty PB and 1 tablespoon of olive oil in every shake. Add what ever else you want but that is your basic shake.
This makes for a very smooth creamy shake bro you will like it. Also make your shakes with whole milk not water.

Test drove a v8 5.0 stick shift mustang today. Hard to choose now between auto and stick. This was my second time driving a stick. It's awesome. Was told 800 a month... But the v6 is about 350-375... Tough situation haha

If you live where its nice all year then its cool. If you live where there is snow part of the year then dont get the mustang for your only car. thats just a really bad decision.
If your going to buy a mustang then get a real one... big V8, Stick, leather, upgraded stereo ect....

Best option....find one thats 2-4 years old that has had money put into it and is badass. You will get WAY more car for less money.

Right now Im kinda playing with the idea of a 49 Chevy 2 door. It has disk brakes all 4 corener. 350 engine mated to a 350 trans. If I decide to get it then next summer I will chop it and put in AC.

This get a CPO (certified Pre-owned) like 2010 model if youre set on a mustang.

I mean the squats to a 3x5. I'm squatting 170 now and it's making walking a pain. Every time I get up from sitting or waking up, I feel pressure on my knees and ankles.

Do you take any fish oils, joint support? The biggest thing I found from 5x5 was stress on my hips, fish oils omega 369 krill oil and healthy fats have helped immensely.

If you get the stang, get the v8 trust me it is waaay more car than the everyday v6.

I know I'm getting the v8. Just hard to find a good year model for a good price. The 2013's are around 700 a month.

Bro going to a 3x5 if you do right is gonna be worse on your joints cuz you gonna use heavier weights. You wanna go the other way, like 3x10. A lil bit lighter weight and more reps. That makes it easier on your joints.

Need to find good deals >.<

$1200-1400 a month? .....and your looking for a mustang? I'd forget it bro. Get a fucking Camry or Altima or something . If you spend money on your listed expenses and then even $600 on a car your going to blow the rest in just gas cause your foot will be in the gas. Take my advice from someone who made some hasty decisions at your age and regretted them....
 
My dad was going to help with payments and pay my insurance as long as I got the down payment. It's sort of a graduation gift I never got on graduation haha.

Lol zed I've been so off track with the restaurant deal. Been there all day working and lifting tables so I guess you could count that as a workout. But Saturday I managed to get a decent workout. I dropped squats to 3x10 and went down to 135.
Went down on bench back to 100 to match my row, and to also get used to a wider grip since I have been using a really close grip the whole time. And I add a bicep and tricep workout after each workout. Monday - tricep Wednesday - bicep Friday -tricep

I can start fully working out again now since the restaurant is now open starting tomorrow and I'm not going to be up there all day and night getting everything settled.

Anyone ever do an all arm day just for the hell of it? I started doing ohp's, tricep dips, triangle pushups, tricep extensions, dumbbell curls, BB curls, cable curls, and hammer curls yesterday and my arms are STILL BLOWN UP TODAY! It's awesome! Idk why but it feels good. Anyone else experience something like this?

Definitely.

I'm always trying to keep my body guessing. Even if it's shoulder day, if it's been a few days since I've really hit arms, I'll dedicate a day just for arms and do my favorite exercises...it throws my body for a loop and I end up looking and feeling great. Same with other body parts. It's never a bad idea to do something different when it comes to weight training, just make sure you give them adequate rest now before you hit them hard again.

Next arm day, focus on another area...if you've hit all your body parts hard that week, it won't hurt to just spend some time in the ab room and doing calves, or any other body part you don't usually show a lot of good attention to.
 
Haven't been able to workout lately due to work. But tomorrow we're only serving brunch so I'll be able to hit it up! Will keep posted

Alright guys. I'm back in full force. This work from 11am-1am has been killing me. We changed hours to 3-12 so I'll be back in action!

Totally changed up my diet to a high protein diet to fit my needs. Let's see how much better it works now!

Also bought me a new little compound bow for deer season coming up ;)

Flat bench
Squat
OHP and Dead lift.

Will determing your new starting weights.
 
You could start at like 135 squat, 95 bench, 65 overhead n 95 row.
Hopefully you stay with it this time.

Nope leave in January to Georgia. And on the numbers, they seem a little low. I did 165 on squats today
with ease, and I haven't been on creatine in a long time.

LOL bro trust me, its much better to start low then too high. IMO that you started too high last time and as I remember you were struggling just a lil bit. We dont want that. This way you should not have to reset. IMO its better to keep progressing instead of having to back up.
Remember this is progressive and that you add weight each week to every excersize.
