As long as his protein intake is high, and he's getting nutrient dense food into his body, a candy bar won't do much. Especially considering his metabolism. Eat right 90% of the time and you'll be fine.

Been hard to eat lately with this whole restaurant. Parents keep me up there all day working to get it together. Finally got a day where I could eat breakfast.
Would it be smart to grab a few pounds of big blast and mix some gear with it?
Its just as easy to get alot of clean calories as it is to eat alot of shit food.. I know your metabolism is fast and all but you should still eat clean.
