Nope leave in January to Georgia. And on the numbers, they seem a little low. I did 165 on squats today
with ease, and I haven't been on creatine in a long time.
LOL bro trust me, its much better to start low then too high. IMO that you started too high last time and as I remember you were struggling just a lil bit. We dont want that. This way you should not have to reset. IMO its better to keep progressing instead of having to back up.
Remember this is progressive and that you add weight each week to every excersize.
