This estimated calories, is this per serving or whole?
I eat eggs all the time, and 1cup (or 4 whole egg white) is closer to 100 calories. Not to mention the graham crackers and strawberries.

It's in the oven right now. I used Keebler's Reduced Fat Ready-Crust. Here's the nutritional info for the entire cheesecake:

Protein: 118g
Fat: 28g
Carbs: 162g

That gives you a 31/17/43 ratio respectively, according to my Excel spreadsheet. The macronutrients and calories don't add up, like all foods, because of fractions of macronutrients in each serving. Those numbers add up to 91, but close enough

Divide those numbers by 8 to get a per-serving macronutrient layout.

I also got sugar free strawberry jam to put on top, which is 10 calories per serving, 21 servings, 5g carbs (5g*4 = 20 calories, not 10...I dunno how that works out). I'll post tonight if it's any good.

Thanks for the recipe though!

Eh...it wasn't that good. Especially if it's been sitting in the fridge for a few days. It's too chunky (and I mixed the hell out of it). I just don't like the plastic taste of ff cream cheese. Oh well...

Sugar free strawberry preserves are damn good though!
