Shrimp. You can add it to ramen, stir fry veggies. Tofu is good for the same thing. Egg, tofu, & shrimp in most thai or asian foods.

My favorite "last dessert" of the day:
1/2 c yogurt, 2 scoops protein powder, sugar or jam, 1tbsp raw oat & flax.

Pineapple juice blended with real oranges and bananas, 3 scoops of protein, grated ginger. Keep the ginger pre-grated in the fridge. Pineapple and ginger ease the protein farts.

ramen....

no way will i ever touch ramen again. i figured out that was probably the reason for my spare tire around my stomach. i went from having a six pack, to a goodyear tire in about 4 months. i was eating 4 to 5 packs a day of them. didnt realize how bad they were until i found EF.

I was just going to say. Stay away from Ramen. Adding shrimp to them won't make them any better. They are the devil when it comes to staying fit.

And 4 to 5 packs a day? Good lord! I ate a pack a day at lunch and gained 10 pounds in less than a month.

I rely on pretty much tuna mixed with chick peas, chicken breast and chicken stir fry mixed with broccoli. Nothing too fancy.

2 scoops vanilla low carb grow
1-1.5 cups skim milk
ice
1 large banana

came out like a banana milkshake.....damn that shit was good
too bad grow is so expensive, or i'd use it more often.

Can't go wrong with bananas and milk. Maybe nearly as good w/ regular protein. Add some frozen strawberries if your blender can handle it.

Ramen - refined starch. It's not that bad if you add a lot of veggies and a lot of protein stuff (egg, tofu, shrimp).

tuna burgers!!!
2cans tuna
1 spoon mustard
1-2 slices of bread, cut into pieces
3 eggs, whole
salt, pepper

mix all this in bowl, make paties and cook in pan. mmmm delicious and about 80grams protein

Hamburger Helper with Lean ground beef. Its not the best choice, but it sure helps me put down a good 50-80 grams protein in one sitting.

ANPB & low-cal Jelly on dark wheat with a glass of soy milk.

8 oz sliced turkey on wheat with pickels and mustard

Good canned tuna with a little lite mayo and salsa, equally good out of the bowl or on dark wheat

Been using Hormel Turkey Chili w/out Beans to spice up quick meals. Low Carb/Fat, Hgh protein. Can't remember the numbers but around 50g's of protein.

Been getting good at making up chicken-breast stir-frys. When they're on sale, stock up on the key ingredients: soy, oyster, hoi-sin sauces, rice vinegar and chinese cooking sherry, and little cans of water chestnuts and bamboo shoots. Then just throw in any fresh veggies you want and cut up chicken breast and your golden. For carbs team with brown rice.
