If you are talking to me, then maybe you didn't read my whole post. My shoulders are getting stronger each week, but my bench is dropping.
I an now on the 3rd week of my next cycle, hopefully chest day this week will be good because I am back on.
But anyways, coming off a cycle, I"m not gonna lose 90lbs on my bench, especially when I didn't lose any size I've gained from the cycle. May have gained a bit more fat, but my weight on the last day of cycle was 250, and 9-10 weeks later, 250, now it's 245, but I've been dieting.
