i dont knopw what im doing wrong but i feel like im bending my wrists to far back. i just started doing them last night. any ideas bout the form?

How wide is your grip???

B True

Im guessing you have the weight resting in your palms/fingers, bending your wrists back as if you cleaned the weight up, right? I guess the only thing I could suggest position the weight across your shoulders and cross your hands over the bar (basically think of folding your arms across your chest, but now with a bar there) . This will take all the stress off your wrists, but at the expense of it now being more on your shoulders. Although as you move up in weight I would personally rather have the weight dispersed across my shoulders then pushing down on my wrists.

I use the clean grip when doing fronts. with the bar mounted on the power/squat rack and choosing a comfortable grip, I position myself so that the bar is on top of my front delts while keeping my head up. when I have comfortable position, I bring my head down with my chin up and un rack the weight. at this point my breathing is a little impaired(not to the point where I can't breathe, obviously) but I can still breathe normally. make sure your elbows are high to keep the weight off the wrists(if doing the clean grip) and that also keeps the bar tight with your body.

hope this helps you out

It means your wrists are not quite flexible enough, keep doing em and the range of motion will come. You should be able to bend your hand back to at least 90 degrees

Move your elbows up a bit to relieve the wrists.
The weight should not be resting on your hands anyway! They're just there to make sure the bar doesn't roll off. The bar should sit on your chest and shoulders. In fact if you place the bar properly, you don't even need to us eyour hands at all. If the bar rolls off, it means your not upright enough, widen your stance
