Wrist Injury

I've injured my wrist a few weeks back and it isnt getting better which means i really cant do any upper body work and limited lower bodywork :(

I've been icing and using arnica cream but does anyone have any other suggestions to help the slow healing process?

Im having the same problem with my elbow. I was doing some shadowboxing last week and did something weird, hasnt felt the same since.

Hansel, what does it feel like? is it like a pressure in yer elbow? a quarterback in my school fucked up his elbow throwing a pass one time, he didnt get hit, but he popped his elbow to hard and it screwed up a tendon in his elbow, he didnt have surgery but it took like 2 months to heal back to normal.

go to a doc ??
lol i fucken swear some people who post injuries on this board a stupid.
If it is a persisting injury and it is causing u alot of problems GO TO A FUCKING DOCTOR

Do you think anyone on this board are medically trained professionals? They havent even seen your wrist or whatever you injured so do u actually think they can help you anywhere near what a doctor could?

Sure people on this board can be very helpful in identifying what caused the problem and some ways to avoid injury again but ultimately a doctor or physio (with 5 years training) should be your first contact.

Thx for making the right reply rjl296.

Fuck you micheal!, hehehehe
I know my injury is just a little tendon soreness/ tendonitis. I waste a co-pay everytime I go see a doctor for stuff like this. Get tough nancy boy.

Lee, I dont think it is too bad. But I did it in the same type of throwing motion as a QB would, it weird. I strained a stabilzer or something, nothing major that I lift with.
Thanks Lee, Peace.

arrrr.....maybe because my comments werent directed at you so dont give me that shit plz. And im sorry that i dont feel compelled to ignore my body and work through injuries that could possibly cause more problems in the future.

im sorry but that sounds like more than just a little injury
my comments were directed at babyfaced assassin and IMO, if an injury is not healing and it is causing that much problems it is only logical to go see a trained proffesional. Better safe than sorry?
