if it hurts then stay away from it for a little bit. then go back to it and see if it still is a problem.
you don't want to keep pounding away at a problem. and as far as wrist straps use them very sparingly, don't start getting into the habit of turning yourself into King Tut and using anti-inflammatories at a young age. that will make things worse long term.
Well I can do hammer curls and curls with the curl bar without it happening l, it's only on the like concentrated curls where I turn my wrist in and let down is when it clicks, you think I'd be good to go on hammers and curl bar?
