Would this be ok for a bench routine

I'm going to try this for 8 weeks to see how it works. I'm a self proclaimed power lifter, but basically the only lift that i would have chance in a meet would be the squat. So i'm experimenting with benching.

Here it is:

WED. - Reverse Grip Bench 6x 4x 4x 4x 4x (progressivly getting heavier)

Floor Press- 5x 5x 5x 5x (also getting heavier)

Rotator Cuffs

Acss. Lifts

SATURDAY- Explosive Bench 8 sets of 2 reps at 65% max out
Close Grip Bench 5x 5x 5x 5x (getting heavier)
Rotator Cuffs

Assc. Lifts

Then max out on regular bench. My triceps aren't week, but they may need some work. I think it could help, what do you think?

Well the days that your doing them is fine your getting enough rest in b/w but normally rev grip bench or floor presses never go over a triple unless your warming up still and then they go to a max. And you don't do two max lifts on one day. And about the benching 8X2 65% you normally go 50-60% of max and do 6-8X3 depending on what time of the year your training whether it's for a meet or your just in training mode. Normally unless you have a rotator cuff prob i'll do them once a week and always keep your tri lifts directly after you bench(this is a must) then you work on your weaknesses.
