World's Worst Cook Needs HELP BIG TIME

Hey Guys!!!

I am by far the world's worst cook.... I could really appreciate your help for this one.

I can't seem to make decent tasting chicken :(

What can i use to make thin sliced chicken taste good...that has no carbs/sugars???

Seriously....can you provide exact details on how to cook it too???

I know this may sound hysterical, but what's more hysterical is me trying to eat chicken that is awful tasting.

PLEASE HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here are three names that will help make that chicken more palatable...

1. George Foreman (grill!)
2. Mrs. Dash (seasoning, green or yellow lid)
3. Lowry's (seasoning salt)

You can soak the chicken in a marinade for about thirty minutes before you cook it on the frying pan or on a George Foreman Grill. I'd suggest the McCormick brand. I like to use the mesqiute and zesty herb flavor...but that's up to you.
 
'30 Minute Marinade' has 1 carb per tbls...but 350 gms sodium... i dilute it w/ lemon juice, vinegar, maybe a little mustard...pretty good
 
get some of that paul purdone's(sp) poultry seasoning and a george foreman grill. That combo is idiot proof and the chicken tastes great.
 
Be a man.

Tha only foods i eat are :

1) Boiled extra dry Chicken Breasts
2) Bird Seeds (Available at home depot or any pet store)
3) Tuna cans (no mayo or dressing)
4) Uncooked Oats (Available at any horse feed store)
5) Brocolli (stalk and all)
6) raw Cabbage
7) Celery
8) Unflavored Protein Powder
9) Boiled Eggs
10) Flax seed oil

I only drink Luke warm cholorinated Tap water.


This is what i eat every day.

meal 1: 3 scoops of no flavor protein powder mixed with Luke warm water, (extra clumps) and 1 cup of Oats..straight up oats.

meal 2: 2 extra dry chicken breasts (boiled) with 2 cups of birdseeds.

meal 3: 1/2 lb of brocolli (stalk included) and 2 cans of plain tuna, no dressing or mayo at all.

meal 4: 3 scoops of no flavor protein powder mixed with Warm Water (extra clumps) and 2 tablespoons of warm flax seed oil

meal 5: 10 boiled eggs (no salt), 1lb of celery

meal 6: 1/2 lb of Cold extra dry Chicken breast (boiled), 1 cup of birdseed (available at Home Depot or any pet store), 3 cups of raw Cabbage.

= pROTEIN 350 GRAMS, carbs 200 grams, fat 50 grams

Fuck taste., eat birdseeds.

take a bowl and put yogurt (3/4 cup), 1 tblspoon chili powder, 1/2 tblspoon garlic powder or ginger powder, the juice from 2 lemons, and some mustard powder if you want.

Mix it together and put it on 2 lbs of chicken. let it to rest for 30 minutes. Cut up tomatoes. Put the chikcen pieices in something you can place in teh oven and put the tomatoes on top of the chicken. Whatever pan you use, make sure to cover it with foil and add a tablespoon of olive oil and spread it around.

Let it cook for 30 minutes or around that much time ( maybe a little less, maybe more) and you'll have barbecue type chicken that you can take around in tupperware or make great sandwiches out of , etc.
